Sewing Machine For Sale

Does somebody know if the Necchi sewing machines are good?

I am looking for a used sewing machine and saw a Necchi advertised, though a bit more expensive than I'd expect for one used ($125). Can't seem to find information on that model number on the internet. Does anybody know about them?
