Where Can I Buy A Good Sewing Machine To Make Shirts and Silk Scarves?

I want to start making shirts and silk scarves. Where can I buy a good sewing machine for no more than $400?

2. Target, Sears, Walmart, etc. I would check Amazon,com first though. Read some reviews and check the prices before buying one. Good brands are Singer and Kenmore.
3. Sears, Penny's, Walmart, any place that sells materials. Singer is the best. They are all probably made out of this country, so I would just talk to the sales person. One is probably as good as another not being made here. Walmart is probably the cheapest place. You just have to check them out and go with the best price for you. Just make sure the machine is good with silk. Good luck. Hope you find one under four hundred, which I'm sure you can.
